The Centre for Organic & Resource Enterprises (CORE) is an international environmental marketing network operating in Australasia, North America and Europe.
On behalf of our public and private sector members and collaborators, the Centre for Organic & Resource Enterprises (CORE) specialises in market development programs to increase the uptake of products, technologies and systems related to recovered resources and bio-materials so they reach their full market potential.
CORE conducts market implementation programs for products made from recovered and bio materials to create sustainable recycling solutions and improve the value of recovered resources to society. Within these programs CORE researches and manages the technical, economic, marketing and logistical barriers and sensitivities to implement change.

Strategic Organic Sessions Recent and potential developments in the waste industry landscape are impacting on decisions about future directions for implementing and integrating waste management solutions, in particular management of the organic fractions. To assist councils to develop a clear path forward and select approaches that best suit individual council needs, CORE and the Recycled Organics Unit (ROU) are offering councils the opportunity to participate in the Strategic Organic Sessions (SOS) Program. The SOS Program is designed to provide councils with a decision making framework to identify successful methods for implementing waste and resource recovery system with an emphasis on managing the organic waste streams. For further information, contact Marcelle from CORE on 1300 88 55 66 or download the SOS brochure.
